During your 3 month free trial, you can send/receive up to 1000 messages per month without charge. Once the trial period ends, you'll pay $20/month. If you need to send/receive more than 1000 messages per month, you can upgrade your plan and increase the limit to 2,500 messages per month for just $10/month more. If you're still running out, you can upgrade again and have a limit of 4,000 messages per month for an additional $10/month. If you need more than 4,000, we can set you up with the right plan, in increments of $10/month unlocking increments of 1,500 messages per month.
Easy Reach is designed to be as simple as possible, so that it doesn't take a PhD just to find your way around the tool. We don't support more than one user per account. You already know how to share a username and password with only trusted people, so we won't make you navigate our own custom user management tool and make your job harder.
We only support text messaging for marketing purposes. Political, personal, inappropriate, or spam messaging is not allowed and will result in your account being suspended. If you have questions about what is and isn't allowed, please send us a message and we'll be happy to explore your use case!
Yes, you'll need to provide a credit card, which helps us make sure you're a real person. It keeps the free trial free, instead of us spending our time and money chasing down spam bots that sign up. You'll also need to provide your business information so you can register with the carriers before you start sending messages.
